
Baking Instructions
Choose your path. Fully preheat oven to 450 °F for best results.
Option 1: Crispy
Best for a crunchy, pizzeria-style crust.
- Place an empty sheet pan, baking steel, pizza stone, cast iron skillet (inverted), or griddle on the lowest rack and preheat oven to 450 °F.
- While oven is preheating, let pizza rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Carefully place pizza (still on the foil) onto the hot surface (sheet pan, baking steel, pizza stone, cast iron skillet, or griddle).
- Bake 8–10 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese is bubbling.
- Optional finish: move to the top rack and Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
- Using oven mitts, carefully transfer pizza off the foil and onto a cooling rack to rest.
- Let pizza rest for 2–3 minutes after baking before slicing to avoid burns.
Tip: Ovens vary — begin checking at 7 minutes.
Option 2: Easy
Simple and safe. Great results with no extra tools.
- Preheat oven to 450 °F (let it heat 15–20 minutes).
- While oven is preheating, let pizza rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Carefully place pizza (still on the foil) directly on the middle rack.
- Bake 9–12 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Optional finish: move to the top rack and Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
- Using oven mitts, carefully transfer pizza off the foil and onto a cooling rack to rest.
- Let pizza rest for 2–3 minutes after baking before slicing to avoid burns.
Tip: Ovens vary — begin checking at 8 minutes.
