Baking Instructions

Choose your path. Fully preheat oven to 450 °F for best results.

Option 1: Crispy

Best for a crunchy, pizzeria-style crust.

  1. Place an empty sheet pan, baking steel, pizza stone, cast iron skillet (inverted), or griddle on the lowest rack and preheat oven to 450 °F.
  2. While oven is preheating, let pizza rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Carefully place pizza (still on the foil) onto the hot surface (sheet pan, baking steel, pizza stone, cast iron skillet, or griddle).
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Optional finish: move to the top rack and Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
  6. Using oven mitts, carefully transfer pizza off the foil and onto a cooling rack to rest.
  7. Let pizza rest for 2–3 minutes after baking before slicing to avoid burns.

Tip: Ovens vary — begin checking at 7 minutes.

Option 2: Easy

Simple and safe. Great results with no extra tools.

  2. While oven is preheating, let pizza rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Carefully place pizza (still on the foil) directly on the middle rack.
  4. Bake 9–12 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Optional finish: move to the top rack and Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
